MGS Refrigeration's repair services are guaranteed for 30 days. We service and install all brands of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. In addition, guarantees are available along with parts and labor warranties for all qualifying new equipment installations.

Preventative Maintenance Contracts

Preventative Maintenance reduces your utility costs and assures your system's smooth operation. MGS Refrigeration's heating and air conditioning preventative maintenance agreement provides for the following:

* 2-Comprehensive 18 point maintenance checks per year in the Fall and Spring. These checks are intended to prepare your systems for the Winter and Summer months. Trained technicians will check electrical connections, clean dirt and debris from your systems, inspect belts and hoses, check refrigerant levels and for proper drainage, replace filters and check your systems overall performance. The Spring inspection also includes cleaning of your air conditioning coils with a specialized coil cleaner.

* 5% off parts and labor for all service calls.

* MGS Refrigeration , Heating and Cooling offers preferential emergency service, if ever the need arises, to our preventative maintenance customers.
